100 Untitled Spaces
A generative artwork inside a generative architectural space.

Archive Notes
About this work
Overview
A generative artwork inside a generative architectural space.
How It Works
Two generative systems are nested: the artwork and the room that holds it are both generated. A hidden easter egg rewards the curious: press Enter and the sun rotates around the room.
Deeper Layer
The spaces draw on Mexico City and the influence of Barragán and Judd, with an appreciation for architecture I credit to my wife, an architect. Mobile devices cannot render the full room, so on a phone the view falls back to the central artwork itself.
Try Or Explore
The Art Blocks and Bright Moments pages below show the spaces live.
What People Miss
The room itself is generated, and it belongs to the piece as much as the artwork it holds.
Place In The Path
A move from a generative object to a generated environment that can contain another artwork.
